If you have a delinquent billing amount, your water will be shut off after 60 days or if it is a large amount from months of nonpayment. As per our Administrative Code that was introduced in 2017- §12003 (B) If an individual fails to pay any such charges for services or assessments duly imposed for more than sixty (60) days after the due date hereof, the Board of Trustees shall shut off or cause to be shut off, the services from the delinquent individuals service connection. After service has been shut off as provided in this section, a fee to be set by the Board of Trustees shall be collected for any reconnection to the system.
