New Cost Rates 
East Duchesne water rates and fees effective May 1, 2024, with payment options by mail, phone, and online.

  Dear Residents and Community partners,

Due to unforeseen circumstances in June of 2023, we were unable to file the 2ndquarter report for the chlorine residual for state compliance. However, we are happy to report that the 1st quarter report and the 3rdquarter report remained in the best-case scenario for our water quality.
